Marxan with Probability

Marxan with Probability (MarProb) is Marxan with additional objective function term(s). It's not yet integrated into marxanio. There are 2 different "modes" it operates in:

  1. Species (2D) -  Habitat Modeling Approach
  2. Threat Probability (1D) - Site Destruction Approach

2D refers to the 2 dimensional input matrix: the probability that each feature occurs at each planning unit. 1D refers to the 1 dimensional input vector: the probability that each planning unit is destroyed.
